DIVING IN FARO DE PECHIGUERA, LANZAROTE

Follow the stream of life

In front of the lighthouse, an immense mass of rock rises from the sand resembling a large pyramid that rises 50 m deep and rises to 20 m.

The existence of this great rocky structure, together with the strong currents that occur in the area, makes the life that freely swims in open water concentrate at this point. That is why this dive is ideal to observe both the tiny plankton and the large animals that travel across the Atlantic.

It is an ideal dive to make it adrift. The strong currents and the depth of the area always require proper planning. By the symmetrical form of the low, we can decide which side to descend and which to ascend, without forgetting that the biggest surprises of this point can appear in open waters with the appearance of large animals.
